R.I.P. Grizzly Smith

When Grizzly Smith wrestled for Jim Crockett Sr., he was known as Tiny Anderson.Between 1962 and 1967 Tiny teamed here with Big Boy Brown as the Kentuckians.Tiny returned to JCP in 1970 and formed another great team with Tim "Mr. Wrestling" Woods.TV host Big Bill Ward would ask Tiny to tell any new fans in the viewing audience how tall he was."Well Mr. Bill, I am just a fraction under seven feet tall." The battles that the Kentuckians had with teams like the Bolos,Skull Murphy and Brute Bernard,Aldo Bogni and Bronko Lubich and Rip Hawk and Swede Hanson are remembered as classics by longtime fans of Jim Crockett Promotions.
